Daily reports

Monitor your child's academic, personal and linguistic development

This feature allows parents to access detailed information on their child’s learning, both as an overview and on a lesson-by-lesson basis and progress at Apollo English.

Daily reports (showing lesson-by-lesson performance):

1. Choose Report

2. Choose Rubrics on the Report tab

3. Choose Daily reports

Parents will receive an everyday report showing learning objectives and the student's performance in class as well as any comments by the teacher.

Under each gauge, parents can see the objectives of each lesson and the performance of their child, using the traffic lights system.

The criteria include:

- Systems: vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation

- Skills: Listening, reading, writing, speaking. For the Kindergarten level, the skill is phonics only (how to recognise and produce the sounds)

- 4C and others: critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication

- Teacher comments are especially for students' behaviours and only used for special situations

Explanations of the colours

- Red colour means 'Not at all'

- Yellow colour means 'With lots of help'

- Green colour means 'With some help'

- Blue colour means 'Independently'

Summary report:

This report shows accumulated performance of your student in their twelve most recent classes.

The My Private Teacher report (only for Innovate classes)

3. Choose My Private Teacher

The criteria include:

- System: vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation

- Skills: listening, reading, writing, speaking.

The red line indicates the student's result for the in-class lessons and the blue one represents the results of the private online sessions.
