Instructions

Alex is the Apollo portal substitution (the E-learning channel). There are two different accounts for different purposes:

- 📧 The registered email account for parents: When logging in with this account, parents can easily check the reports and track their child's study progress.

From Oct 1, parents can log in Alex website via the registered email for your child's E-learning portal instead of logging in via student ID.

- 👦🧒 The student ID: This is a chain of letters and numbers provided by the centre at which the child is studying. When logging in with this account, students can review the lessons at home through the integrated E-learning platform. Note: Only available on laptops/PCs

● See the list of registered classes and your child's study timetable

● Monitor your child's academic, personal and linguistic development through the daily learning reports

● Check the final exam results

● Send feedback to your child's Apollo English centre

● Change your password and see your child's student ID
