How to log in

Parent's account

Parents log in onto the system to track your child's progress and to access E-learning (only application on web browsers)

  • Via a web browser:

  1. Access Alex at the link https://alex.apollo.edu.vn

  2. At the login page, please enter your registered email in 'USERNAME OR EMAIL' and the default password 'apollo123456'

Please change the default password to a personalised password for the first time login

  • Via the My Alex application:

  1. Go to App Store (for IOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices)

  2. Search ‘My AleX’

  3. Select to download to the phone

Student's account

To support your child to practise and review the lessons at home (E-learning) and to join 1:1 online sessions (for the Innovate Course only)

  1. Access Alex at the link https://alex.apollo.edu.vn

  2. The username is the student ID (a series of letters and numbers) provided by the centre at which your child is studying and the default password 'apollo123456'

Note: A student's account is only accessible via web browsers
